HUNTING HIGH AND LOW
This photograph was taken about 45 minutes after sunset. In Norway the sun sets very slowly and it takes about an hour at this time of year before it
gets dark. We call this extra time of light after the sun is down "the blue hour".

I had taken pictures of the young lady in the evening sun, but didn´t feel I got what I wanted, so I´m glad I had tungsten lights available and the blue extra hour.

If you throw a rock straight up in the air there is a split second when it stands still before falling back to earth. I used this principle to get the girl sharp and capture the movement of the water.
